A General Outline on Off The Record

“Off The Record” depicts the unlawfulness which occurs under the cover and has plagued the country for the last ten years, as well as the nameless heroes and heroines who fight them.

Sencer is a financial inspector and Faruk is a police director. Since the two men defend the law, they aren’t welcomed. However, their paths will cross on the formation of the anti-crime organisation called “OFF THE RECORD”.

The goal of the organisation is to trace the frauds and the money embezzled by the frauds. Mr Uğur, who is the retired ambassador and the right arm of the President, chooses Sencer and Faruk to establish the organisation. Sencer designates the other members of the organisation. Meanwhile, Sencer who is on vacation with his family, saves Aslı Mühürdar, a journalist, from being raped by vagabonds. As Aslı becomes grateful to the young man, a love flourishes between them.

As Sencer and Faruk continue their investigation, they come across the people whom they would have never suspected and relationships that they would have never questioned.

Viewers will be aware of, confused by, and get excited of the details of current events that they do not see in the media. Due to the high adrenaline and colourful plot of “OFF THE RECORD”, viewers will be surprised and will enjoy every last minute.
