"Again Goldcrest Kinglet” is the new version of Resat Nuri Guntekin's novel “Goldcrest Kinglet”. Reşat Nuri Güntekin is one of the most important writers in Turkish Literature, and Goldcrest is the most famous novel in Turkish literature.

The original story, which takes place at the beginning of the century, tells the endeavours of a young idealist teacher. The novel was adopted to the cinema and produced as a TV series. Both adaptations received great attention from the public.

Since the original story is the best of the century, producer Calinos Entertainment and broadcaster Star TV took the mission to adapt the novel to today's realities.

Handan, well-educated and graduated from philology, is the daughter of a happy and rich family. She is an independent, sharp tongued and happy girl. She has grown up together with Kenan, who is a family friend and son of her neighbour. They never cut off their relationship even when Kenan goes to America.

After his graduation, Kenan returns from America and proposes to Handan . The proposal from Kenan, with whom she always argues and doesn't get along with, surprises Handan very much. Handan , who carries on the marriage preparations despite the complex feelings, becomes friends with a woman named Saime. Lady Saime is an experienced and mysterious woman. She sends her a diary which she has kept until the day of Handan 's engagement. The diary has some sections from the diary of Goldcrest Kinglet, Feride.

Now a new era starts in Handan's life. The young girl wonders who Feride is, and why the part of Feride's memories that Handan has read have been given to her. By tracing such memories, she visits the places Feride lived. Now the diary of Feride is the living guide of the young girl. Handan becomes “Again Goldcrest Kinglet” .
